  • Do you offer free estimates or diagnostic services?
We offer basic quotes via phone, text, or email based on the information you provide. For on-site diagnostics, labor time applies. In most cases, troubleshooting takes 30–60 minutes and is included in the standard hourly rate. We’ll never perform work without your approval. We accept: All major credit/debit cards (on-site or via emailed invoice) Cash Bank/Zelle transfer Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed.
  • Are there additional fees for on-site or mobile repair services?
The $75 service call fee covers technician travel, time, and on-site setup. This fee applies to each service visit and is in addition to labor and parts. If your location is more than 60 miles from Omaha or unusually difficult to access, additional mileage or travel time may apply — we’ll always let you know in advance.
  • Do you offer any discounts for repeat customers, veterans, or seniors?
Yes! Yes! We offer routine maintenance packages that bundle multiple seasonal or yearly services together. These packages often include: Roof inspections Seal checks Water heater flushes Furnace/AC cleaning Slide-out and jack lubrication Battery tests We’re also happy to customize a plan based on your RV and usage style (full-timer, weekend traveler, etc.).
  • What factors determine the cost of a repair?
Repair pricing is based on: Time required (billed hourly) Parts or materials needed Complexity of the issue (diagnosing and accessing hidden components) Your location (travel time and access conditions) We always aim to work efficiently, provide upfront estimates, and minimize surprises.
  • Do you provide detailed invoices or breakdowns for repairs?
Yes. Every client receives a full, itemized invoice that includes: Time spent on-site Parts used (with pricing) Labor charges by the hour Service call fee Any discounts or package pricing We’ll also provide recommendations for future maintenance or notes on what we found during the visit.
  • Are there any additional costs for services in remote locations?
If your service location is outside of our regular 60-mile service radius around Omaha, we may apply additional travel charges based on mileage or time. We’ll confirm that with you when booking so there are no surprises.
  • Can I set up a payment plan for larger repair jobs?
Yes — we understand that some repairs can be an unexpected expense. While we don’t currently offer financing through services like Affirm, we can offer manual payment plans on a case-by-case basis for jobs over a certain amount. Just let us know if you need flexibility and we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your situation. We’re also planning to offer full financing options in the near future.
  • How can I schedule an appointment for RV repairs?
You can request an appointment by filling out our online booking form, calling us, texting, or emailing. We’ll review your request and follow up to confirm the date and time based on technician availability. Your appointment is not confirmed until we reach out to finalize details.
  • How far in advance should I book a service?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons (spring, summer, and early fall). However, we always do our best to accommodate sooner if possible. Emergency or urgent appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment? If so, how?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel by phone, text, or email. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows may affect future booking eligibility.
  • Do you work on weekends or after regular business hours?
Yes, we do work weekends. We also offer limited availability for early morning or evening repairs, though these may be subject to an after-hours service surcharge depending on location and timing. We’ll always notify you of any extra fees before scheduling.
  • Do you serve RV parks and campgrounds or just residential areas?
We proudly serve both residential locations and RV parks/campgrounds. Whether you’re full-timing at a site, visiting Omaha for a few days, or parked in a driveway, we’ll come to you—as long as the RV is accessible and safe to work on.
  • Do you prioritize emergency repairs over scheduled appointments?
We do our best to prioritize urgent or safety-related issues (such as propane leaks, electrical hazards, or HVAC failures during extreme temps). However, we balance emergencies with pre-booked appointments so all clients are treated fairly. When possible, we’ll fit emergency service in same-day or after hours with an additional fee.
  • Can I book a same-day appointment if needed?
We occasionally have openings for same-day visits, especially if we’re already in your area. Texting or calling early in the day gives you the best chance of booking a same-day service. Emergency fees may apply depending on the timing and issue.
  • How do you handle appointments in areas with poor cell or internet reception?
If you’re camping somewhere with weak signal, please let us know in your booking request. We’ll do our best to coordinate around the outage. In some cases, we can confirm and coordinate via email or set a fixed time in advance with no need for mid-day updates.
  • What happens if bad weather impacts a scheduled repair?
For safety reasons, we may need to reschedule in cases of severe weather (lightning, high winds, heavy rain, extreme cold). If we expect weather to interfere, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule. We’ll always prioritize your appointment as soon as conditions allow.
  • Do you send reminders or updates about scheduled appointments?
Yes. You’ll receive an appointment confirmation, followed by reminders via email or text (based on your preference) leading up to the day of service. If anything changes—like an earlier arrival window or delay—you’ll be notified right away.
  • Are your technicians certified and insured?
Yes. Our lead technician, Zhangwei (David Liu), is a graduate of the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) and holds professional certification as an RV Service Technician. We are also fully insured for mobile RV repair services throughout Nebraska and surrounding areas. You can view credentials and certifications anytime on our About page.
  • Do you offer warranties on your repair work?
Yes. We stand behind our work with a 30-day labor warranty. If something we repaired fails due to workmanship within that timeframe, we’ll return to fix it at no additional labor cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by user error, weather, neglect, or unrelated failures.
  • What happens if the problem persists after the repair?
If an issue continues after a service, please contact us immediately. We’ll schedule a follow-up to inspect and determine whether it’s related to the original repair. If it is, and it’s within our warranty window, we’ll fix it under our labor guarantee. If the new issue is unrelated or new damage is found, a new service fee may apply — but we’ll always be upfront about any charges before beginning additional work.
  • Are the parts you use for repairs covered under warranty?
Yes. Most parts we install come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the product and brand. We always document the part information on your invoice so you have it for future reference. Please note: manufacturer warranties cover the part only, not labor, unless otherwise stated.
  • Can I see proof of your licensing and certifications before hiring you?
Absolutely. Transparency matters to us. You’ll find details about our certifications, training, and experience on our About page. If you’d like direct documentation before service, just let us know and we’re happy to share.
  • Do you use manufacturer-recommended parts for repairs?
Yes. Whenever possible, we use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts or high-quality aftermarket alternatives that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. We prioritize safe, durable parts designed specifically for your RV system.
  • What is your policy on using customer-supplied parts for repairs?
We can install customer-supplied parts on a case-by-case basis, but: We cannot guarantee part compatibility or function Our labor warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts If a customer part fails, you’ll be responsible for any replacement or labor costs Please check with us before purchasing parts on your own — we may be able to source them for less and ensure proper fit.
  • Does your warranty cover accidental damage or misuse?
No. Our labor warranty covers our workmanship, but it does not include: Accidental damage (dropped items, collisions, etc.) Misuse or incorrect operation of appliances/systems Issues caused by neglect or lack of maintenance Failures from unrelated system issues (e.g., a power surge damaging multiple components) We’re always happy to inspect and quote repair solutions if an issue falls outside our warranty coverage.
